How can we help?

Email ceo@veryviralventures.com for Dayfend support, billing questions, privacy requests or accessibility problems.

Include your account email, app and iOS version, what you were trying to do, and a brief description of the problem. For billing, include the provider and transaction reference if available. Redact screenshots before sending them. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details or recovery keys.

If money or an account is at immediate risk, contact your bank or account provider through an independently known official channel. Dayfend support is not an emergency-response or fund-recovery service.

Sign-in and existing access

Use the same Dayfend email on each device. Email sign-in uses an eight-digit code; check your spam folder and request a fresh code if it expires. Existing password users can choose the password sign-in option. Never give a sign-in code to someone contacting you unexpectedly.

If Apple shows a current subscription but Dayfend has not verified it, choose Restore Apple purchases from Account before purchasing again. If the app says a purchase belongs to another account or is not linked, contact us. Do not start a second subscription to repair the first one.

Website protection and connection problems

Save the DNS configuration in Dayfend, then select Dayfend in iOS DNS settings. Depending on your iOS version, those controls are under Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → DNS.

If sites stop loading, choose Automatic in the same DNS settings to restore your usual resolver. Some VPNs and apps use their own DNS, so selecting Dayfend does not prove that every connection is filtered. Use the app’s protection test and read its result and time.

“Selected in Settings” describes the iPhone configuration. Filtering access can still be paused or need a refresh. A previous successful test is historical evidence, not a guarantee about a later connection.

Text protection

Select Dayfend in the iPhone’s Messages text-filter settings. Labels vary by iOS version. It applies to eligible messages from unknown senders, not all texts, iMessage or other chat apps. Check Messages’ Spam or Junk view for filtered messages.

A legitimate message can be misclassified, and a scam can get through. If a legitimate message was filtered, use Messages’ controls to move or mark it appropriately. Changing DNS or signing out does not turn off the Messages text filter; change that selection separately in iOS.

Email breach monitoring

Monitoring uses your currently verified account email and begins only after you explicitly enable it. A queued first check may take time. The initial result does not send an alert. Later scheduled checks can alert you about newly found breach names.

“No breaches found” means no matching published records were returned in that successful lookup. It does not mean your email has never been exposed. An unavailable check is not a none-found result. Category labels describe a breach, not necessarily your individual row; we do not have your actual leaked password or other leaked values.

Disable monitoring in the Email breaches screen to stop future checks and remove its active watch, findings and pending notifications. Turning off iOS notifications stops push, but does not itself stop breach-monitoring email.

Using the scam checker

Paste a message or link, describe the situation, or choose one screenshot. The topic entries all lead to the same checker. The checker does not visit submitted websites, look up a phone owner, or prove that a person or offer is genuine.

Review the AI-sharing disclosure before each submission. Only selected content is sent; crop passwords, codes, card details and unnecessary personal information first. Uploads must be JPEG or PNG. The app prepares images within the supported size limit; if an image cannot be processed, try a clearer, smaller screenshot.

A result gives a cautious verdict, evidence, a next action and limitations. No obvious red flags is not a safety guarantee. A timeout, limit or failed check gives no verdict. If a response is lost, it may already have used a check; the server does not keep a result history to retrieve later. Start another check only when you intend to submit again.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Check Account or your purchase receipt to identify the billing provider. Manage an Apple subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. Manage a Whop web renewal using Dayfend’s web account controls or the provider’s subscription controls. A confirmed period-end cancellation normally keeps existing access through its paid period.

Deleting the app or your Dayfend account does not cancel Apple billing. Refunds are separate from stopping renewal and remain subject to provider processes and your applicable consumer rights. Contact us if you do not recognize a charge or cannot access a purchase; do not send a full card number.

Privacy and account deletion

You can request deletion in the app’s Account screen or the web account service. A recent email verification may be required. Contact us at the email above if you cannot access those controls. See the Privacy Policy for feature data, retention and privacy choices, and the Terms of Use for service and billing terms.
